Tens of millions of citizens entering and leaving the US will be assigned “risk assessments,” according to the EFF. There will be no way to find out one’s own “risk assessment score,” and no way to challenge it. The score will, however, be retained for 40 years after being assigned.
It remains unclear how the scores are assigned.
